Full Coordination
Full coordination of your wedding means we will be by your side through the whole planning process, starting with an hour consultation to make sure you and your partner's vision come alive.
We will assist with :
- booking your vendors
- assisting with budget management
- vendor coordination to make sure all appointments that may be needed are booked
- attending vendor meetings with you or on your behalf
- unlimited emails and or phones calls for contact in regards to the planning process
- day of coordination package
Partial Coordination
Sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands and more time then you have, the joys of partial coordination is that we will help you with those extra details.
We will assist with:
- budget management
- assistance through phone calls and emails for any planning related questions
Day of Coordinator
Day of coordination means we will be taking care of all the final touches on your day of to make sure it is completely stress free for you and goes off without a hitch
We will meet with you a month prior to the wedding up to two weeks before for initial 1 hour consult
We will assist with:
- making sure all final numbers are correct
- designing the schedule for the day of
coordinating all of the vendors
- making sure set up and take down are done right
- assisting guest in finding seating
- ensuring everything and everyone is on schedule
